We collaborated with the Norwegian Refugee Council and the International Rescue Committee to develop the global Protection Case Management Guide for caseworkers assisting at-risk populations. The final product included a cohesive visual identity, presentation templates, custom illustrations, and videos that highlight the vital role of caseworkers.
Our approach centered on the people at the heart of this work: the caseworkers themselves. Through close collaboration with the NRC and IRC teams, we translated complex protection protocols into clear, accessible visuals that feel approachable rather than overwhelming. Every illustration was designed to reflect the diverse communities these guides serve, and every design decision — from color to layout — was made with usability in the field in mind.
