We partnered with ASEAN and UNFPA Asia and the Pacific to create “No Means NO. Online Too.”, a campaign that brings the universal rule of consent into the digital spaces where women and girls face daily harassment and abuse across Southeast Asia.
The idea is simple and unmistakable. Consent does not disappear online. Unwanted messages, pressure for intimate content, and digital stalking violate the same boundaries as offline harassment. No means no in person, in a chat, or on social media.
We developed a bold visual identity rooted in the ASEAN colour palette, focusing on orange and purple, colours associated with hope, dignity, and justice in global movements to end violence against women and girls. Pixelated textures anchor the campaign in digital environments, reminding audiences where these violations happen.
The logo translates “no” into digital language. Inspired by blocking and system alerts, it combines a direct speech bubble with a “message not delivered” cue, making refusal instantly recognizable to online users.
Illustration and photography reflect real online interactions, messaging, blocking, and setting boundaries, centering women and girls as empowered, visible, and in control. No means NO. Online too.
